FSHOA Complaint Process and Form

In order to comply with regulations released by the Common Interest Community Board, the Board of Directors has instituted a policy to deal with complaints from Members or other citizens. Should you have the need to submit a complaint, please be sure to familiarize yourself with this policy and process.

Additional HOA Documents

The FSHOA has an insurance contract with Community Association Underwriters of America, Inc. You can request a copy by going to http://www.cauinsure.com and clicking on the Certificate of Insurance button on the main screen.

Board Meeting Minutes

The Fairfax Station HOA Board of Directors generally meets once per month. Our meeting date, time and location is announced on the Home Page as well as on the Calendar.

Approved Meeting Minutes are posted here, generally one month later. For example, the minutes for the January meeting will not be posted until they are approved in February. If you have questions, please contact the Association Secretary.
