Architectural Review Board (ARB) – Fairfax Station Homeowners' Association

What We Do

The Architectural Review Board regulates the external design, appearance and locations of improvements to preserve and enhance the value or our neighborhood in accordance with HOA covenants and architectural guidelines.

We meet the first Monday of every month to review and approve applications. These meetings are open to residents and comments are welcome before the meeting starts. If interested, please call the ARB chairperson or any ARB member for the location of the next meeting. For further information, please email arb@fshoa-va.com.
